I was a month behind in my payment - one month. I have always been on time. They started calling on 11/28/08 and even though I mailed a check to them on 11/20, they either don't answer when I pick up, don't leave a message when my answering machine picks up or simply refuse to stop calling me all hours of the day and night. My next payment is not due until 12/18, which I am mailing out early, so they have no right to harass me like they are.
