this # called me saying they are investigators they have a warrant out for my arrest, but they could not give details re: warrant because there was no warrant its just a BILL COLLECTOR!! FALSIFYING THEMSELVES!!! ISNT THAT ILLEGAL?

Collections companies do not handle arrest warrants, police departments do.
Yeah, using that tactic is illegal. You can sue them for harassment. Get 'em.
