These people that answer the phone with "A law firm" said i had A legal case pending against me and i could get out of it if i pay $1000. won't say WHAT law firm or WHAT legal case is pending. soooo, i start ignoring all calls from this #. now they're calling my Employer! how do i get them to stop harrassing me?? Can i sue them for identity theft?, because i have no idea how they got any of my information.

Caller harassed my friend claiming to be 'The Law Firm' and saying that she owed $1000 ? Indian accented men on the other line refused to say WHICH law firm and proceeded to cuss at me, saying "Who the fuck is asking me this?" and hung up on me. When I called back and asked again, a different guy refused to answer what law firm, at which point I said I was going to report them to the authorities. They then said, "Do what you fucking can you asshole."

It's a text saying you won $1000 to wal-mart with a link. I didn't click the link on my phone I tried with a PC and the link couldn't load. I guess it might hack your phone or something if you click the link.
