I received a call from this number at 8 am this morning and numerous calls after that, when I answer the phone there is no one on the other end. It's very frustrating.

Called home land line. A lot of noise in background and no one responded. Dial back number answered and said it was a cell phone and they were in California and the number was dialed from pocket accidentally. On checking, the number is not a cell number but a land line.
