Phone number constaly calls. All hours. We never answer the phone when this number is displayed. There is never a voicemail. When I dial the number back (using *67 to block my phone number) the recording is the number you have reached is not in service. It is obvious this recording is unprofessional.

This number has been calling for MONTHS have answered in the past & told them NOT to call. Got new phone that rejects calls so it just shows up as they called again. Usually around 8-9 am Pacific time. Very irritating,this is illegal, I think. I'm on the no call list, also. Can't the FCC or somebody stop them?
