This Jamaican man, "Mr. Wellington," calls asking for my father who passed away July 2009. He calls a couple of times a week saying my father won money from Publisher's Clearing House" or some other stupidity. Today, I asked AGAIN to stop calling and he got obscene so I hung up. He called right back, apologized, but continued trying to get information, asking if I was married...he had my zip code, and I don't know if he has an address. I was able to trace the call with my local phone company and am trying to get a police report.
