I missed a call from this number because I was at work. I called back to see who it was since I didn't recognize the number. I got a voice recording of an inappropriate comment saying "you are a f*ing b*tch"

Called numerous times within a short period of time. Each time all I heard was the repeated solitary "beep" of a recording device. When I looked up the number I found was "National Association of Part-Time and Temporary Employees" aka NAPTE. How they got my work phone information I don't know, but it looks to me like it's some union. Until today I have never heard of NAPTE. If you get a call from this number, hang up or let it go - Upon doing this they stopped calling. If I get any more calls from them I might have to look into how they're getting my information so as to take further action against them... I can't afford unnecessary distractions on work hours, and I don't like wasting my lunch break on things like this.

This number shows on my phone as someone from kansas calling, i answer and i dont say a word, i try to listen very closely, they dont say a word, it sounds silent, but theres no giggling, just sounds of light rustling like paper just being schrunched up in the back ground but thats as describable as i can make it. no voice, and i left them hanging there, and they just hung up after 0:00:43 seconds of talk time.

I have been looking for a loan and a person that claims his name is Kevin called from 877-481-9872 and stated he was with Twin Hills Financial Group. I called this number several times and the answering machine states that this is a real company, however, I cannot find them listed anywhere. Asking them to fax me information on Monday so hopefully I will find out more then.

I asked her if she wanted me to call her on her cellphone or her home and told her, "Yeah probably not and I am so tired of you telemarketers calling my cellphone." i have been getting nasty text messages from this number the person that use to own it is Michael Entzminger now his brother Steve owns the phone and hes sending me nasty text messages calling me dirty things and saying things bad about my boy friend too. this guy has lied to me a lot so im not sure if its Michael or Steve texting me on the number. This was a call from someone claiming to be Card Services from Visa. The person on the phone was trying to get me to give them my visa card number in order to send me free gas cards and sign me up for fraud protection. When you call the number back you get a message that says something like "you have reached the order confirmation department and we are trying to reach you for information on a recent order" it goes on to say that their hours of operation are from 10-5 EST and to leave a message with your number so that they can call you back. The message never says Visa Card Services.

Caller Type: Collection Agency! I've been getting calls from these clowns. I get the same computer messages (that are hilarious when the "computer" says my full name). OK, Folks. There are laws against this and I am a consumer advocate. Now here this ~ whether you owe money or not, is totally irrelevant. Please look up the Fair Credit Reporting Act which will tell you that if you tell the collector to never call back again because of the FCRA, that they are in violation of the Law. Then threaten to contact their State Attorney General's Office in PA. By law, they are allowed to contact you one more time, offering a final settlement. Don't accept a settlement. Don't waste your time by arguing over money. Simply follow through with your threat. Warn them for the last time, then immediately contact the SAG in PA. Most SAGs can be contacted via e-mail. Attach a link for him/her to this site. Penn has probably already violated the law with their calling methods. They are trying to circumvent knowledgeable consumer warnings. This is the solution and you must follow through with the SAG. I have used this Law before and my state's SAG came down hard on the creditor, who expressed a threat (also against FCRA). Fortunately, I was the spouse of a deadbeat. I wasn't the deadbeat. Anyway, you can use this with any collector. Keep in mind that many of these calls may be scams. In this sucking economy, con artists are crawling out of the woodwork. Remember that with any collector you must contact the SAG in THEIR state.

This woman loves to call and waste everyone's time.
She really enjoys to yell at people, especially on ones who cannot respond back.
She called our office several times, for years, we have recorded every single word she said since 2008 and even before that.
This time we feel that she had actually crossed the thick line between regular annoyance and practical harassment and have decided to take legal actions against her.
